Bellevue, Wash.-based software startup QorusDocs raised $10 million in a round led by WestRiver Group.

Founded in 2012, the 70-person company previously known as “Qorus” aims to speed up the process of creating and managing sales proposals. The software integrates with other tools from Salesforce, Microsoft, and others. Customers include Teladoc Health, Hitachi, and CDW, as well as four of the top 20 global law firms.

QorusDocs competes with several direct and indirect competitors, given the number of companies supporting various elements of the sales process, said QorusDocs CEO Ray Meiring.

“That being said, our solution specifically supports a critical part of the sales process, we often describe it as ‘the last yard before scoring a touchdown,’” he noted.

Meiring previously co-founded an IT services company called Related Technologies, which was acquired in 2014.

Total funding to date for QorusDocs is $18 million. Seattle-based WestRiver Group also led the company’s previous round.
